About Us
Owner Bryan Sithu and his dedicated team are passionate about supporting patients, especially by helping them remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
With extensive experience as a BSN in Myanmar (formerly Burma) and as a CNA working with the San Francisco Department of Health and in the Syracuse, NY area, Bryan recognized that one of the biggest challenges in care delivery is the complexity of health insurance. The paperwork, approval delays, denied or reduced payments, and coverage limitations often create confusion and frustration.
Even when approved, Medicare and many insurers cover only about 28-35 hours of home nursing care weekly. Patients needing more care must either manage alone or move to full-time care facilities earlier than wanted. These facilities can be expensive, distant from loved ones, and often have long waitlists.
